I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. My offices are located at:
I only see therapy clients who want to do EMDR. I do offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapies in addition to EMDR as part of the preparation phase.
It depends on what type of services you are booking.
For the EMDR intensive model, we are booking your initial session a few weeks before the intensives. The intensive sessions are on consecutive days and then the final session is a few weeks later.
Adjunct Monthly EMDR, these sessions are held monthly for 3 hours. It is recommended that you continue to work with a primary therapist to support day-to-day stressors.
Adjunct Quarterly EMDR, these sessions are held once every 3 months for 3 hours. It is recommended that you continue to work with a primary therapist to support day-to-day stressors.
Insurance is accepted for those participating in weekly therapy sessions that are 60m. For those sessions, I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Husky and Optum (Connecticare, UBH, United, Oxford).
EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance.
For all therapy services payment may be made by credit card, HSA, FSA, or Cash.
For weekly therapy sessions - cancelation must be made more than 24h in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
For Intensive Sessions - 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on day one of your intensive. You have purchased this time for healing. Cancellations for intensives must be made more than 14 days prior to the intensive. If the cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of Day 1 of the intensive you will still be charged the remaining balance of the intensive package you have chosen.
